The laptop is mostly fine and works well enough so far, but it had a few scratches here and there. I’d say it’s in okay shape, just not quite as clean as I was expecting.

They walked me through the fix and my laptop is working fine now, so overall it was a good experience, just wish the initial wait had been shorter.

"Warranty support was actually worth it"
I had a small issue with it, i was expecting the usual hassle. But they handled the warranty claim quickly and got it fixed without making it complicated. Solid support, and it made the purchase feel like a good value.

I was kind of expecting the usual nonsense, but this was actually super easy. I found what I needed right away, checkout didn’t make me jump through a million hoops, and the confirmation email showed up basically instantly. Why can’t every site be this straightforward?

"Return was painless"
I had to send back a laptop charger because it didn’t fit my model like I thought it would. The return process was straightforward, and I got my refund a few days later. Support took a little while to respond, but from their tone, I got the feeling they were just busy rather than ignoring me. They did get it sorted in the end, so I’d probably order from them again.

“Horrible CS, they dont return your call and the emails make you feel like its your fault. And for a return for refund it makes you wonder if you will be saying bye bye to your money...”

Hello. i have been looking for a dell laptop replacement battery online and i am not sure about this website, partly due to the fact that i'm not even a huge online shopper to begin with so most sites freak me out - but mostly because i've just never heard of it before. has anyone had a positive experience ordering from this site? does anyone recommend or not recommend me using this site? thanks for your help.

“Doesn't look good. Only gets a D+ from the Better Business Bureau, 25 complaints recorded and the company hasn't responded to requests to update their records. Has it occurred to you to look on Ebay? The US site has more than 13.000 Dell batteries and chargers and it's normally OK to purchase from a seller with 100% good feedback. I've been trading on Ebay for many years without a problem. If you're nervous about using an online dealer -which is wise - then Ebay does at least offer you the chance to see what feedback earlier customers have left. And you should get a good price, too. Wait a bit and see if anyone else has a recommendation for laptop battery sites, though.”
